Leumi Financial Corporation, subsidiary of Bank Leumi le-Israel, announced today the appointment of Philip Cohen as vice-president. Mr. Cohen is in charge of the commercial financing division of the company which specializes in financing accounts receivable, inventory, and machinery and equipment, as well as real estate and foreign trade transactions.
