Despite objections by American Nazi Party leader George Rockwell, the State of Illinois obtained today a court continuance of three charges against the Nazi.

Rockwell alleged “harassment,” claiming that “it costs me $100 to come here from Arlington, Va., every time,” He is charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing a police officer, and criminal trespassing as a result of a visit to the office of Sheriff Richard Ogilvie on August 29, 1966.

The Assistant State Attorney explained to the court that the continuance was necessary because of another trial. The charges against Rockwell were continued to May 8.
