Six-story Mexican Building Dedicated at Campus of Tel Aviv University

Premier Levi Eshkol extended greetings here to the Mexican Government and people during ceremonies dedicating the six-story Mexican Building of the faculty of fine arts at Tel Aviv University. The Premier spoke on the need for raising esthetic standards of living in Israel.

Some 500 persons, including Dr. Victor Bravo, deputy director of the Mexican Education Ministry, attended the ceremony at which Dr. George Wise, Tel Aviv University president, presided, conducting the proceedings in Spanish. The building is named for the late Mrs. Fanny Vishniak, Her widower was among the participants.
