An Israeli delegation left today for Rumania to negotiate construction of industrial enterprises there under the trade pact signed last April in the first such agreement with an East European country.

Rumania is the only Eastern bloc country which did not sever diplomatic ties with Israel in the wake of the war this month. The Israeli delegation includes three engineers who will help design meat product factories in a number of Rumanian cities.
