Rabbi Selwyn D. Ruslander of Dayton, Ohio, chairman of the Commission on Jewish Chaplaincy of the National Jewish Welfare Board, will leave on a 10-day official visit to South Vietnam later this month on behalf of the Commission. During his stay in Viet nam, Rabbi Ruslander will conduct a religious retreat for the Jewish chaplains in Vietnam and discuss plans for the observance there of the coming High Holy Days.
