The Union of Jewish War Veterans here protested today to the Soviet Ambassador in Paris against the recent appearance of an anti-Semitic cartoon in several Soviet newspapers. A copy of the protest letter was reprinted today in Neue Presse, a newspaper in Paris published by Jewish Communists.
