Max Buckman, Canadian Jewish journalist who was touring Israel with his wife, collapsed and died here on the eve of Yom Kippur, while attending a briefing for tourists at the Hilton Hotel. Mr. Buckman was a contributor to the Canadian Jewish Chronicle, of Montreal, and the Western Jewish News of Winnipeg. His remains will be flown to Montreal Tuesday.
