Joshua Leberbaum Named U.S. Representative of Jewish Agency’s Treasury

Joshua Leberbaum, since 1955 head of the Israeli Treasury’s budget division and, since 1962, holding a similar post in the Jewish Agency headquarters in Jerusalem, has been appointed United States representative of the Agency’s treasury here. The announcement of his naming was made today by Mrs. Rose L. Halprin, chairman of the Jewish Agency-American Section. Mr. Leberbaum succeeds Morris Yaacov.
