Hannoch Givton, former Director of Broadcasting here, has been appointed director of the Israel Office of Information in the United States, with headquarters in New York. He will be succeeded by Shmuel Almog, 41, a veteran broadcaster, whose appointment was approved last night by Israel’s Broadcasting Authority.
