Rumania’s Foreign Trade Minister Girogio Ciora was received today by Foreign Minister Abba Eban. He told Mr. Eban that his country’s policy was one of friendship toward all states in the Middle East and said that he is greatly impressed by Israel’s development and the diligence of its population. Mr, Ciora arrived here yesterday at the head of a delegation that will negotiate air, tourism and trade agreements with Israel.
