Ambassador Gunnar Jarring, Secretary-General Thant’s special United Nations representative to the Middle East, arrived here from Cyprus this morning and met with Foreign Minister Abba Eban in their second round of talks. Ambassador Jarring is scheduled to leave here tomorrow and, according to the Egyptian radio, is due in Cairo Thursday.
