Funeral services were held here today for Dr. Joseph Kissman, attorney, journalist, president of the Jewish Labor Bund of Rumania from 1930 to 1937, and a former member of the presidium of the Jewish National Committee of Austria. He died here Sunday, at the age of 78. Born in the old Austro-Hungarian Empire. he received a doctorate in law at the University of Vienna in 1913.
