An agreement under which students of the City University of New York may spend a year at Tel Aviv University under the City University’s program of study abroad was announced here today by Dr. George S. Wise, president of Tel Aviv University, and Dr. Robert W. Hartle, director of the City University program of study abroad. Some 30 students are expected to enroll at Tel Aviv University next fall. They will be accompanied by three faculty members from New York.
