The dispute on the design of the West Wall Plaza between Israel’s Chief Rabbinate, the Minister of Religion and the Jerusalem Municipality, was reportedly settled today at a meeting of the district town planning committee. Earlier in the day, President Zalman Shazar and Premier Levi Eshkol separately visited the site. An issue in dispute was what areas should be set aside for worshippers and which for sightseers.
