Defense Minister Moshe Dayan will leave Tel Hashomer Hospital here on Wednesday, hospital authorities announced today and is expected to resume normal work at his office on Sunday. Gen. Dayan was confined to the hospital since March 20 when he suffered multiple injuries in a cave-in while exploring an archaeological site near here. Doctors said he had made an exemplary recovery.
