Arthur J. Goldberg, former United States Ambassador to the United Nations, will visit Israel July 23 to attend the 50th anniversary celebration of the Hebrew University’s ground breaking ceremony on Mount Scopus and also receive an honorary doctorate from the university. Mr. Goldenberg is also expected to meet with Prime Minister Levi Eshkol and other Israeli Government leaders. A Hebrew University spokesman said the former Ambassador will attend the first meeting of the board of directors of the University’s Harry S. Truman Peace Center, to which he was recently elected.
