The Zionist General Council (actions committee), the governing body of the world Zionist movement between congresses, will convene here on June 30, it was announced at a joint meeting of the Council’s presidium and the Jewish Agency executive. The session will last a week and will be presided over by the Council’s chairman, Ehud Avriel. Prime Minister Golda Meir and Aryeh L. Pincus, Jewish Agency chairman, will be among the speakers. The announcement said special meetings will be devoted to the problems of immigration and absorption.
