Election of Michael M. Sacher of London to the Board of Directors of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency was announced today by Robert H. Arnow, JTA president. Mr. Sacher, a director of Marks & Spencer, Ltd., is chairman of the British Committee of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency and chairman of the Joint Palestine Appeal in England. He is a member of the Council of the Jewish Colonization Association and a past president of the Jewish National Fund in Great Britain.
