Moshe Gilboa, Israel’s new Consul General to the Southeastern states, met for the first time with Ivan Allan, Jr., Atlanta’s mayor, and invited him to visit Israel soon. He presented the mayor with a copy of the book “Jerusalem” by Mayor Teddy Kollek of Jerusalem. The Israeli official expressed satisfaction over the “great interest” in Israel shown by many Atlanta residents.
