Albert Parker, national chairman of the United Jewish Appeal, has been elected chairman of the board of overseers of Bar-Han University at Ramat Gan. His election was announced here by Dr. Joseph Lookstein, chancellor of the university. The board is the American governing body of the university. Mr. Parker is active in a number of Jewish causes. He is a New York resident.
