Dr. Goldmann Urges Jewish Communities to Provide Relief for Biafran Victims

Dr. Nahum Goldmann, president of the World Jewish Congress urged Jewish communities the world over today to join in national and international efforts to provide immediate relief to the victims of war. Dr. Goldmann referred specifically to the civil war in Biafra, just ended, which, he said, “with its terrible toll of life and unspeakable sufferings rends the conscience of humanity.”
