Five hundred members of the Jewish War Veterans of New York State will meet in Albany tomorrow for JWV’s Annual Legislative Day. Their activities will include presentation of JWV’s annual Legislative Awards to Attorney General Louis J. Lefkowitz and Senator Jeremiah B. Bloom in recognition of the excellence of their public service and their concern for the American veteran. The veterans, under the leadership of State Commander Jerome N. Nisman of Brooklyn and Chairman Nathan M. Goldberg of Albany, will present their annual legislative program. Commander Nisman and Chairman Goldberg announced that the day would be spent in meetings with key legislators while the bulk of the JWV representatives would meet with their own Senators and Assemblymen.
