Two Israeli civilians were killed and 11 injured this morning in a mine incident on a Sinai road junction. The two civilians were identified as Zadok Salman, 40, and Claude Levi, 33, of Beersheba, both of them fathers of three children. Levi was killed when a road grader he was operating hit a mine near the Bir Hasanah road junction. A short time later a pick-up truck hit another mine in the same area killing Salman and injuring 11 other occupants of the truck, five of them seriously. Israel Air Force jets attacked an Egyptian radar station at Baltim in the Nile Delta today and returned safely to base. A military spokesman said the radar station was attacked by Israeli bombers about six weeks ago but was repaired by the Egyptians necessitating a second attack.
