Hanna Meron, Injured in Terrorist Attack on Airliner, Returns Triumphantly to Stage

Hanna Meron, the popular Israeli actress who underwent a leg amputation following an Arab terrorist attack on El Al passengers at Munich Airport, made a triumphant return to the stage last night. To tremendous ovations, she presented a program of songs and classical readings in a benefit for the Tel Aviv Hospitals Association. Miss Meron was greeted by Mrs. Hanna Rovina, the “First Lady of the Israeli Stage.”
