Soviet Jews Send Letters of Sympathy, Solidarity with Victims of Terrorist Bombings

Three letters of sympathy and solidarity from Soviet Jews were received by Kibbutz Baram, located near the village of Avivim, where a school bus was attacked by Arab guerrillas two months ago. Two letters came from Grisha Feigin of Riga. Both letters end with the quote “hope that the happy day will come when we can join you as one family and build our beautiful homeland.” The third letter came from David Ish Tov (Giterman) In Lavender near Kishinev, who wrote, “may the Almighty avenge the blood of the children and give the criminals their due.”
