The Hebrew University in Jerusalem and the New York-based American Friends of the Hebrew University are accepting applications, through Feb. 28, for the 1971-72 Moritz and Charlotte Warburg Research Prizes in Jewish Studies. The awards are given to students up to 30 years old in Jewish Studies courses who hold Ph. D. degrees, although in exceptional cases those with master’s degrees in the Humanities will be chosen. Winners of the award receive $5,000 a year for two years, and in special cases for a third year. Those who receive it for three years are eligible for another two-year grant if their achievements correspond to those of a research fellow at the Hebrew University.
