The establishment of an Arab institution of higher learning in either Judea or Samaria has been approved by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Yigal Allon Addressing a meeting of leading educators from those areas at the Town Hall here, Allon said he was in favor of such an institution and felt it should be established as soon as possible. “The ball is now in your court,” he told the assembled school principals and board heads.
