A campaign to raise $2.4 million to plant a three-million tree forest near Jerusalem in the name of Soviet Jewry was announced here today by Dr. Isaac Levy, director of the British Jewish National Fund. He said it would be the largest afforestation project ever undertaken by the JNF in Britain.
