Abba Eban, Foreign Minister or Israel, told a mass meeting here that Israel hoped for a peaceful solution of the Mideast impasse. The meeting was attended by thousands of Jews in the Kehillah Communal Center. Eban was received by Foreign Minister Emilio Rabasa of Mexico and President Luis Echeverria.
