Dr. William A. Wexler, president of the B’nai B’rith declared today that “Israeli-American relations are causing anxiety to American Jews and to the world Jewish community. It may be necessary for American Jews to fight the administration over its attitudes to Israel.” Delivering the keynote address at the opening session of the 11th plenary session of the B’nai B’rith International Council here, Wexler said: “I believe that during the first missile crisis the U.S. should have shown a tougher stand,” and stated his fear that “another Munich is in the air.”
