The World Bank has approved a $15 million loan to the Netlvel Ayalon project in Israel, it was announced by Communication Minister Shimon Peres. The project is developing the plan for an expressway from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem using the riverbed of the almost dry Ayalon stream.
