Max Wershoff, Canada’s Ambassador to Denmark, has been named the new Ambassador to Hungary and Poland, it was announced today. Wershoff, 61, the son of a Hebrew school principal, is a career diplomat who has served with the Canadian Foreign Ministry since 1937.
