Spokesmen for doctors in government hospitals lauded today a decision by the Cabinet yesterday to revoke the emergency back-to-work orders which ended a week ago a strike by the doctors. The Cabinet acted after receiving an appeal from the Israel Medical Association, which represents all of the nation’s doctors. The doctors said they would continue normal work routines in hospitals and public health clinics and expressed the hope that their talks with the Health Ministry on their demands could be resumed. A spokesman had said, after the emergency regulations were imposed, that there would be no negotiations while they were in force.
