Israel’s Ambassador to West Germany, Eliashiv Ben Horin, signed a new economic agreement Friday under which Israel will receive about $4.66 million in economic aid during the current year. The aid will be used to increase the capital of the Israeli Development Bank and to finance housing, road building and the expansion of Israel’s telephone network.
