Dr. Allen Pollack, a 34 year-old assistant professor of history at Yeshiva University, was honored by the Labor Zionist Alliance today on his election to the World Zionist Organization Executive of which he is one of the youngest members. A reception tendered him by the LZA also marked the establishment of the Allen Pollack Leadership Development Fund for Habonim, the Labor Zionist Youth Movement.
Dr. Pollack is a member of the Leadership Cabinet of the United Jewish Appeal, a member of the national executive committee of the LZA, and chairman of its community action committee.
