Sen. George McGovern charged here today that two Arab governments, Egypt and Lebanon, shared responsibility for the “brutal wave of terrorism carried out by international gangsters” to destroy the State of Israel. Addressing a meeting of the Southern California Board of Rabbis, the Democratic Presidential nominee declared that “the world community must ostracize and punish any country that harbors or offers sanctuary to these criminals.”
