New Terrorist Outrage Foiled

An identified foreign country has foiled a new terrorist outrage, one which may have been directed at sea links between Israel and other countries, the newspaper Maariv reported today. The report named no country but said that last week special security precautions were taken at Haifa port.

According to information available here, Arab terror groups are planning another spectacular outrage such as the Lod Airport massacre of May 30 and the slaying of II Israeli Olympic athletes in Munich Sept. 5. Social terrorist unite, resembling the Munich murder gang, are said to be in training. The information points to a growing interest by the terrorists in ships calling at Israeli ports.
