Sukiyaki has been available in New York for some time. Now kosher gourmets can get a pastrami on rye in Tokyo. The place is Anne Dinken’s Kosher Restaurant, “the only one of its kind in Japan,” according to the “Businessman’s After Hours Guide to Japan” published by Japan Air Lines.

The restaurant features imported kosher salami, knockwurst and corned beef, cheesecake, cheese blintzes and borscht. “Small and very friendly” says the JAL guide.
