Dutch Premier Joop Den Uyl denied rumors that at least one of the three remaining war criminals imprisoned in Holland would soon be released. At his weekly press conference, the Dutch Premier said the government had agreed last year to consult Parliament before any such step was taken. More over, he said, no early Cabinet decision on the matter is expected. In Feb. 1972, the contemplated release of the men, all Germans, stirred widespread protest. Their release was abandoned.
