Preparations for the visit tomorrow of United Nations Secretary General Kurt Waldheim were completed this evening. Special security arrangements have been developed. He is expected to arrive at Lod Airport at 8:15 a.m. where Israeli officials will be on hand to greet him. (See full story Page 3.)
