Seven Kiev Jews were arrested Wednesday when they sought to carry out a pledge to demonstrate over refusal of Kiev officials to see them over delays in their getting exit visas, the National Conference on Soviet Jewry reported today. The NCSJ said the seven spent a day in jail and then were released. Some of the names of the seven Jews obtained by the NCSJ were Alexander Feldman, Anatoly Goldfarb, Kim Friedman and Ludmilla Zagornova. The NCSJ said Feldman was one of a group of Jews who staged a hunger strike recently over exit visa delays.
