Russians Tell Arabs to Pay Cash

According to a BBC report from Moscow, the Russians are demanding that the Arabs pay cash for all the arms supplied since the war because Russia cannot afford to give them credit as she needs the money to buy commodities abroad (presumed to be grain in the U.S.). Egypt and Syria are now trying to get the money from the rich Arab oil states who did not expect to be asked for such huge contributions.
