Rabbi Says Jewish Survival in U.S. Depends on Rising Jewish Birth-rate

The newly elected president of the New York Board of Rabbis warned today that Jewish survival in this country depended on a rising Jewish birth-rate and a concerted battle against secularism, intermarriage and assimilation. Rabbi Sol Roth, spiritual leader of the Atlantic Beach Jewish Center, Atlantic Beach, L.I., made those points in his presidential acceptance address at the Board’s 93rd annual meeting here.
