An Israeli officer was killed by Syrian shell fire on the northern front yesterday. He was identified as Lt. Col, Yaacov Keren, 30. Three Israeli soldiers were wounded Monday and one was killed Saturday on the Golan Heights. Syrian and Israeli forces continued to exchange artillery and tank fire all along the cease-fire line this morning and yesterday. Syrian gunners were concentrating on the southern Golan Heights.
