Premier Yitzhak Rabin will attend a meeting of Socialist Party leaders in London June 29-30, it was announced Thursday. He is expected to brief his Socialist colleagues on Israel’s disengagement agreements with Syria and Egypt and President Nixon’s visit, sources here said.
