There is an aliya potential of 20,000 a year from South America if Israel can provide adequate housing and improve the social absorption of immigrants, Pinhas Sapir, chairman of the Jewish Agency and World Zionist Organization Executives told a WZO Executive meeting here Thursday. He reported on his recent visit to Jewish communities in South America which covered 16 cities in seven countries.
