Israeli soldiers who saw at least three days of action during the Yom Kippur War will be awarded a special Yom Kippur War decoration at ceremonies to be held Sept. 24. Additional decorations will be presented to men wounded in action and, posthumously, to the fallen. The latter will be delivered to the next of kin at their homes by delegations of army officers. The decoration, a red, white and blue ribbon, will be accompanied by a citation inscribed on a scroll.
