A meeting that was scheduled today between U.S. Ambassador John Scali and a delegation of 20 Arab-Americans was postponed until later this week. However, a UN spokesman said Dr. William Small, a member of the Action Committee on American-Arab Relations, will meet today with other official of the U.S. Mission to the United Nations. Dr. Mohamed Mehdi, chairman of the committee, said his group will ask that the United States recognize the Palestine Liberation Organization and suspend all military and economic aid to Israel.
