Secretary of State Henry A, Kissinger is expected to meet to morrow with Israeli Ambassador Simcha Dinitz to give him Egypt’s response to Israel’s latest proposals for an interim Israeli-Egyptian agreement. Kissinger received the Egyptian proposals yesterday in Belgrade from Hermann Eilts, the American Ambassador to Cairo. The Israeli Cabinet has scheduled a meeting for tomorrow. although it will probably take place before the Kissinger-Dinitz meeting.
