Hassan Sabri el-Kholi, an aide to Egyptian presidents for more than ten years, has been named special representative in the Middle East for UNICEF. Henry R. Labouisse, UNICEF director, said el-Kholi would visit Arab capitals to discuss UNICEF programs and the role of mothers and children in national economic development.
